Marvellous central location close enough to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities nearby and Krossroads Park and clear like if should be. The room we were offered to move into was nicely decorated and modern and included a writing desk and a chair.

The hotel staff was just average.

The rooms were a nice size and impressive with a full kitchen. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus.

The room was clean, yet the TV didn't work .

Just a nice choice for a short stayover in Saginaw, great for the money. The spacious two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen was a pleasant surprise for our family of six. Check the kitchen for cleanliness before unpacking to avoid any surprises.

I loved the bright, contemporary decor throughout the hotel, coupled with easy accessibility to common areas. The spacious layout of my suite added to my comfort .

A few more breakfast options would be nice.

A newly built hotel with fine, clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable king-size bed with a restful night. And I particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee available each morning. The only downside was the loud air conditioning unit, which could be distracting at times.

Nice location with spacious rooms, and 24-hour hot coffee in the lobby. Easy access to great shopping!

The location is great-close to many restaurants and shopping spots. My suite featured a full kitchen and was spacious. Very handy for preparing meals and storing snacks. The staff was friendly, especially during check-in. The breakfast wasn't the best. Options were quite minimal with no hot items available. The cleanliness was spotty. Although my room was generally clean, I noticed some stains on the washcloth. The bed felt comfortable, but the mattress didn't come with a pad, just a sheet on it. Electric temperature control in the room was tricky. Even when set lower, it remained warm. The TV also didn't work properly. It was out due to bad weather but that was disappointing. Parking was a bit tight, especially with many guests around for events. The pool area was nice and inviting, a relaxing spot after a long day. I would consider staying here again if I could overlook a few of these issues.

My previous visit in saginaw was good, but this time, the suite with a fully equipped kitchen and ample living space exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for my needs.

The cozy bed and well-designed living area made it a perfect place to relax after a long day, not to mention the pool and fitness center were great for unwinding. Just a minor note, the bathroom had a slight food odor that could be improved, but overall, I can't wait to come back 😊

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was located close to a variety of stores, parks, and restaurants. The staff were amazing, and the breakfast was pretty good too. I was also impressed with the fitness center with cardio machines and free weights, great for staying active.

Really good service and good location!

We explored nearby shopping and grabbed meals at local restaurants. The suite was clean and had everything we needed, from the comfy beds to a great kitchen setup. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The staff was friendly.

The only downside was way too much light coming in the morning, making it tough to sleep in.
